  Stablewood is a single-tenant net lease (STNL) investment platform founded in 2020 by Glenn Lowenstein, former CIO of Hines and co-founder of Lionstone. Its proprietary technology brings together data, analytics, and automation to support the full asset lifecycle.

  I lead the development of the company's proprietary technology platform: unifying property, lease, and tenant data; building a comprehensive national STNL database; and developing geospatial analytics and decision-support tools used by hundreds of people throughout the investment process.

  CRE Agents equips AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT with the specialized methodologies and licensed data needed for commercial real estate work. Its platform helps teams automate lease abstraction, underwriting, due diligence, and market research.

  I co-founded the company and led the development of its platform, bringing these capabilities together to support commercial real estate workflows. I continue to support the company's development as an advisor.
